Shipping Policy:
  • Shipping via USPS or UPS Ground within the USA.
  • We also offer FREE SHIPPING on qualifying orders.
  • FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING OUTSIDE USA, PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL WITH YOUR ADDRESS FOR AN ACCURATE QUOTE.
We ship goods out every day except weekends.
  • Orders received before 3:00 p.m. (EST) on business days will be shipped same day.
  • Orders received after 3:00 p.m. (EST) and on weekends will be shipped on next business day (Monday – Friday) excluding Holidays.
We offer a fast and reliable shipping service via USPS priority 2-3 business days (FLAT RATE) within the USA
  • All orders are processed and ship from USA.
NOTE; International customers are responsible for all custom charges and fees applicable to their own country. We are not responsible for any International shipping charges that may involve administrative issues like custom duties/taxes that may apply when the purchased items arrive at your destination.
Returns: COSMETICS: WE DO NOT accept returns on COSMETICS due to health and sanitary purposes. Please make sure you research the skin care product/ products you are purchasing from our website before making purchases. All sales are final on skin care: Read manufacturer label carefully and follow instructions on usage.
RETURNS: for fabrics/accessories only! Our policy lasts 14 days from the day item was delivered. If  14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Only exchange on qualify returns!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We DO NOT ACCEPT USED/ALTERED ITEMS. WE replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange any untempered with product/item  for another item, send us an email  right away at glacollections@yahoo.com  or call +856-313-7800.
