First impressions: it lathers extremely well and has a pleasant smell. I noticed it makes my skin feel very soft, clean and smoothe after each use. It also does a fantastic job of gently exfoliating the upper layer of skin without being too harsh or abrasive. The amount of dead skin that came off in the first few showers was no joke. For reference, in the past I used the 5D glitz luxury molato soap (another good one) and dudu osun black soap, prior to buying this African soap so my skin is very used to exfoliants. This soap will leave your skin feeling nourished and glowing. It does not give green veins or thin the skin. A little bit goes a long way and the entire tub can last several months. Initially, I was a bit hesitant of purchasing the African Black Soap because of the price, but trust me when I say it is worth every penny and I can tell good quality ingredients were used to make it. I will definitely be repurchasing.
this is the only knuckle remover that works. its even better when combined with your face cleanser to clean your knuckles.
So far, I see a quick fading of discoloration.
